🇺🇸 Shipping Update for Our U.S. Customers (October, 2026)

We’d like to share an important update regarding shipments from Canada to the United States.

Due to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations, import duties may now apply to shipments entering the United States, regardless of order value. These duties must be assessed and prepaid before a parcel can be released for delivery.

To make the process easier and more predictable for our U.S. customers:

 • Import duties are currently included in the price for U.S. orders.

 • STH. CLAY TABLEWARE AND HOME takes care of the required duty prepayment, so you will not receive a separate import duty charge when your package is delivered.

 • Applicable U.S. state or local sales tax, if any, will be calculated at checkout.

 • The amount shown at checkout, together with any applicable sales tax, represents the amount payable at the time of purchase. No additional import duty payment will be required upon delivery.

As U.S. customs and cross-border shipping requirements continue to evolve, this duty-inclusive arrangement is currently offered to make your shopping experience as smooth and straightforward as possible. We may update this policy as regulations change.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

• Canada - We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over CA$188 (exclusive of taxes and discounts). A $18 flat shipping rate applies to any order less than CA$188. Delivery standard is 3-7 business days.

• United States - We offer FREE standard shipping for all orders over US$250 (exclusive of duties, taxes and discounts). A US$25 flat shipping rate applies to any order less than US$250. Delivery standard is 5-10 business days. 

• Orders are generally shipped out within 48 hours of purchases (excluding pre-order items).

• Please note that we do not guarantee the delivery time. All orders are trackable and do not need signatures upon delivery. Please track the delivery information in time.

• As the sender, we do not take responsibility for shipping delays, lost, stolen or damaged caused by severe weather, courier mishandling or customs inspection.

• Customers who need to ship outside Canada/US, your shipping cost will be calculated based on your shipping area. You will see the shipping fee after entering your shipping address during check out.
