Return / Exchange Policies

Shipping Orders (Canada & United States)

  • All applications for return or exchange shall be made within 7 days after the package is delivered.
  • All return and exchange must be first approved by STH. CLAY TABLEWARE AND HOME. Please contact us through email: info@sthclay.com to arrange exchange or return. No returns or drop-off packages will be accepted without pre-arrangement.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your returned items must have original package and in unused conditions. No exchange or returns will be accepted without original packing slip.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Once we receive your items, we will notify you on the status of your return or exchange application after inspecting the items.
  • If your return application is approved, we will initiate a store credit or exchange. You will be receiving an email confirmation in 3-5 business days. NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED.
  • Please note that the shipping fee caused by your return or exchange will not be coved by STH. CLAY TABLEWARE AND HOME.

Local delivery & Pick-up Orders (Canada)

  • Items with tags on, in original packages and in unused conditions are eligible for a store credit or exchange within 7 days of purchase. NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED.
  • Please note that the shipping fee caused by your return or exchange will not be coved by STH. CLAY TABLEWARE AND HOME.

Please noted that when you receive the order confirmation email, your order details have already been sent to our packing centre for processing. Any cancellation request will cost 30% handling fee of your order amount. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. We appreciate your understanding.
