Mino ware with a bellflower pattern, called Kikyo in Japanese, with the motif of the family crest bellflower used by Akechi Mitsuhide.

--Akechi Mitsuhide -
A military commander from the Warring States period to the Azuchi-Momoyama period. It is said to be from Mino Province.

Kikyo (Bellflower) is a Japanese flower that has been loved by Japanese people for a long time. The flower represents "eternal love," "dignity," and "neatness." (It depends on the color of the flower)

This fine porcelain plate, each one comes with an individual gift box. The five-inch plate is just the right size, not too big and not too small for everyday use.
